• DBT Based Groups & Intensive Outpatient Programs

We’re pleased to offer a series of groups and intensives to help support your treatment. Our small group format provides ample time for in-depth discussion of skills training material. Whenever possible, content is tailored in response to participants’ specific learning objectives.

Our highly effective DBT treatment program was created to help individuals who struggle with regulating emotions, have interpersonal problems, impulsivity, and difficulty focusing. We offer a systematic, multi-pronged approach in a supportive environment that leads to success. Patients are taught an array of skills to cope with unhealthy thoughts and behaviors. The result is positive changes in daily life with improved relationships, emotion regulation, mindfulness, decision-making and self-esteem. Team members consult weekly with one another so that we can provide compassionate support to our patients as we all work together toward recovery and improvement.

These groups are offered as stand-alone treatments when appropriate as well as an adjunct to your current treatment. If you are receiving treatment outside of our center, we will gladly collaborate closely with your provider.
