Out-of-Network Coverage
Like most therapists in New York and New Jersey, all therapists at SageMind Psychology are out-of-network providers. This is standard for private practices offering specialized, high-quality mental health care. We do not bill insurance directly, which allows our clinicians to provide individualized treatment without insurance-driven restrictions.
Reimbursement is common. Many clients receive between 50 and 100 percent reimbursement if their plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits.
To reduce stress for families, our administrative team can verify your benefits for you. With your permission, we will contact your insurance provider directly to clarify deductibles, reimbursement rates, and coverage details before you begin therapy.
We provide all required documentation, including receipts, diagnosis codes, and superbills. We also partner with Reimbursify to make claim submission fast and accessible from your smartphone.
