Intensive Outpatient Programs (Adults) at SageMind Psychology

At SageMind Psychology, we provide structured, evidence-based care for individuals who need more than weekly therapy. Our Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) are designed to support children, teens, and adults in managing emotions, improving relationships, and developing practical coping skills through Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Services are offered virtually in over 44 states, in person in Brooklyn Heights, and on a hybrid basis.
