Rachel Seng, LMSW

Rachel Seng (she/her) is a passionate Licensed Master Social Worker, dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families thrive. She earned her undergraduate degree in Social Work from Longwood University, before completing her Master’s in Social Work at George Mason University. She has years of experience working in schools and residential settings, with a focus in treating Anxiety, Depression, Suicidal Ideation (SI)/Nonsuicidal Self-Injury (NSSI), School Refusal, interpersonal relationships, and behavioral challenges.
Rachel’s empathetic and compassionate nature allows her to connect deeply with clients. She develops a deep understanding of her client’s unique, individual experiences and strengths and looks beyond any labels or diagnoses. Rachel creates an environment where clients feel safe, supported, and understood. She prioritizes building trust and open communication. Rachel tailors her therapeutic methods to meet the unique needs of each individual. She offers a judgement-free space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences.
Rachel’s ultimate goal is to inspire lasting change, leaving clients with a renewed sense of empowerment and readiness to face life’s challenges. She strives to help her clients feel confident and capable as they work toward meaningful change in their lives.
